Hands-free tensioner operation
The foot pedal performs the function of the tension switch on the machine. Once the string has been inserted, the tensioning process can be started by pressing the pedal. After the string has been tensioned and secured with the clamp, the gripper can also be released using the foot pedal.
As there is no need to operate a switch on the control unit, both hands remain available for handling the string and clamps. This supports a smoother workflow, particularly when stringing regularly.
Simple wired connection
The foot pedal cable plugs into the dedicated receptacle on the rear of the electronic tensioner. No separate control unit is required.
Before connecting the pedal, check that the stringing machine is equipped with the appropriate foot pedal receptacle.
Compatibility
The foot pedal is designed for the following Gamma stringing machines:
-
Gamma Progression II ELS
-
Gamma X-ELS Touch
-
Gamma XLT
Compatibility should be checked before ordering for older, differing or unidentified machine versions. Please provide us with the exact model name. If necessary, we will confirm compatibility directly with the manufacturer.
