Electronic constant-pull rotational tensioner
The electronic rotational tensioner continuously maintains the selected pulling force during tensioning. If the string stretches under load, the system readjusts until the selected value is restored. This supports consistent and repeatable stringing results.
Tension can be digitally adjusted between 5 and 40.8 kg or 11 and 90 lbs. Three pulling speeds—fast, medium and slow—allow the tensioning process to be adapted to different types of string. A slower setting is available for low-stretch strings.
Touchscreen with memory and additional functions
The machine is operated through the integrated touchscreen. Tension can be adjusted in increments of 1.0 or 0.1 kg or lbs.
Nine permanently stored tension settings simplify repeated stringing jobs. The machine also offers a pre-stretch function of 10 or 20 percent and a knot function that increases the pulling force by 10 percent for a single pull.
The audible signal can be switched off when required. The settings menu also provides calibration, factory reset and an approximate racket counter.
Professional 6-point Quick Lock mounting system
The 6-point Quick Lock mounting system supports the racket frame at six points. The two mounting towers can be moved between defined positions for small, standard and oversized racket frames.
The centre and shoulder supports can then be finely adjusted to suit the individual frame. The system accommodates different racket sizes without additional adapters and provides stable, even positioning during stringing.
Quick Action clamp bases and diamond-coated metal clamps
The two fixed metal string clamps operate independently of their Quick Action clamp bases. This allows the clamp and base to be controlled separately.
Diamond-coated gripping surfaces provide high friction and securely hold the string when the clamping pressure is correctly adjusted. The slim clamp design also improves access in denser string patterns.
Stainless-steel gripper and convenient activation
The horizontal rotational tension head uses parallel milled gripping plates made from stainless steel. To tension the string, it is placed between the gripping plates and guided towards the activation pad.
The tensioning process is started using the touch-sensitive activation pad. An optional foot pedal can be connected but is not included as standard.
Stable aluminium base with tool tray
The powder-coated die-cast aluminium base provides a stable platform and incorporates a large padded tray for tools and accessories. Frequently used equipment therefore remains within easy reach while stringing.
A manual brake allows the turntable to be locked in any required position. This supports certain working steps and prevents the mounted racket from rotating unintentionally.
