Controlled stringing with a mechanical drop-weight system
The Gamma Momentum 6 is a mechanical tabletop stringing machine featuring a six-point mounting system and two floating clamps. Its robust construction, rotating ratchet gripper and clearly marked weight scale support a controlled stringing process.

Mechanical drop-weight tensioner
The required tension is selected by positioning the drop weight on the permanently engraved scale of the tension bar. The selected tension is reached when the bar rests horizontally in relation to the racquet frame.
The two-piece drop weight covers different tension ranges. The smaller section is used for lower stringing tensions.
Operation and functions
The patented rotating ratchet gripper features parallel jaws with diamond-dust-coated gripping surfaces. Its ratchet mechanism allows the tension bar position to be adjusted in small increments without reinserting the string into the gripper.
Wayfinding decals and scale labels indicate the appropriate weight position and provide clear guidance during the stringing process.
Six-point Quick Mount system
The racquet mounting system supports the frame at six points. Two central frame supports and four adjustable shoulder supports distribute the holding forces across several contact areas.
The two support posts can be positioned according to the length of the racquet head. Pivoting shoulder supports allow them to sit evenly against the frame.
Floating clamps
Two composite floating clamps are included. Their jaw spacing can be adjusted with a thumb screw to suit the string type, construction and gauge.
Each clamp grips two adjacent strings and is positioned directly within the string bed without a fixed clamp base.
Additional equipment
The painted die-cast aluminium base incorporates storage areas for tools and accessories. An included foam pad can be secured inside the tool tray or used without being attached.
Frame support pads and protective covers for different racquet shapes are included. An additional badminton floating clamp is required when stringing badminton racquets.
